Die Demo enthält drei verschiedene Action-lastige Deathmatch- und Capture-the-Flag-Maps (auch mit Fahrzeugen): HeatRay, ShangriLa und Suspense. Alle Maps der Demo können gegen computergesteuerte Gegner (Bots) oder im Netzwerk gegen menschliche Gegner gespielt werden.
Unreal Tournament 3
Die 740 MByte große Demo für PC-Spieler mit leistungsfähigen Windows-XP- oder Windows-Vista-Rechnern findet sich zum Download etwa bei WorthDownloading.com und GamersHell.com. Das fertige Spiel soll für den PC im November 2007 herauskommen, PlayStation-3- und Xbox-360-Besitzer müssen sich noch bis 2008 gedulden.
